Tom Baum is a novelist, screenwriter and playwright living in Los Angeles. He is the author of the novels We Remember Everything, Out of Body, and Counterparts, as well as two works for younger readers, Hugo the Hippo and It Looks Alive to Me! He is also the screenwriter for the feature films “Carny,” “The Sender” and “The Manhattan Project,” and several works for TV, including “The Hitchhiker,” “Nightmare Cafe” (with Wes Craven), “Shattered Mind,” “Witness to the Execution,” and many others. His plays have been produced at theatre companies throughout the U.S.
